Here's what we collect when you order, why, and what you can control.

Last updated August 12, 2026

What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name and phone number, and your email if you choose to share it, along with the items you ordered. Delivery orders also need a delivery address.

When you sign in we text a one-time code to your phone. Your order history is tied to your phone number so it is waiting for you when you sign in.

When you pay by card, the payment is handled by Square. Your card number goes directly to Square and never touches our servers. If you save a card, Square stores it in their vault and we only see the card brand, the last four digits, and the expiry date.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare your order, hand it to the right person, deliver it if you chose delivery, and text you sign-in codes.

We only send you email offers if you checked the box at checkout, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't run ads. There are no third-party trackers or analytics on this site or in our app. We're a restaurant, not a data business.

Where your information lives

Your orders and account details are stored with Square, the same company that runs our registers. Sign-in texts are sent through Twilio. Both companies publish their own privacy policies on their websites.

Cookies and your device

One cookie keeps you signed in, for up to 60 days if you asked us to remember you. Your cart, your theme choice, and your first name are kept on your own device so you don't have to re-enter them. None of it is used for tracking.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, remove saved cards from your account page, and unsubscribe from emails with one click.

If you want your account and order history deleted, you can do that from your account page, or call the restaurant and we'll take care of it.

Questions

Call the restaurant you order from and ask for a manager. We're happy to help.
